Placing an Order

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Checks, Money Orders, and PayPal. Orders are not shipped until we receive full payment.

Orders using Paypal as the payment option must be paid for within one hour of ordering. After one hour, orders that have not been paid will be cancelled, an you will have to place and pay for a new order. Paypal orders paying via check are not shipped until the check has cleared. This process takes several days through Paypal.

Our merchant name will appear as LED Habitats LLC on credit card statements and in Paypal.

QUANTITIES AND WHOLESALE

We do our best to have enough inventories to fill almost any size order. If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, we will immediately let you know.

We are not a wholesaler and product prices are as shown on the website.

DISCOUNTS AND COUPONS

We offer large quantity discounts (available for orders of ten or more) that range from 10 to 15-percent. Contact customerservice@ledhabitats.com for information on quantity discounts.

Discounts cannot be combined and are only available on orders fully paid at the time of shipping. Discounts exclude shipping and possible taxes. Orders must be shipped to a single destination.

For more discounts and special promotions, join our mailing list. We will periodically send you e-mails with product savings and discounts.

SALES TAX

Sales taxes are charged on orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin or New Mexico. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of Wisconsin. If you are in Wisconsin and tax exempt, please email your tax-exempt letter to customerservice@ledhabitats.com.

ORDER POLICY

Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Orders cannot be canceled once they are sent to our fulfillment center. Orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days, based on in-stock availability.

If you provided an incorrect shipping address when placing your order and the package is undeliverable, there is an additional charge for redelivery. If we receive an order back because it was refused, we refund the item cost only; we cannot refund shipping charges.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. To verify our website security, click the badges in the bottom right corner of our website.

We value and protect your privacy and do not share, sell or use your info for any reason other than to fulfill your order. Promo e-mail from us is only sent to users who specifically request to be contacted. After placing an order, you will receive a follow-up message in approximately 10 days. Unless you choose to opt-in to our e-mail list or place a new order, you will not receive any other e-mail from us. If you supply us with your postal address, we will send only requested information or the order you placed. Phone numbers are used only for order-related contact.
